The University of Hyderabad has 23 hostels (10 Ladies’ Hostels and 13 Men’s Hostels) that accommodate over 4,500 students. Distributed across the campus, the hostels are nestled in lush greenery and on a pollution-free campus. Eight hostels provide dining facilities. Each hostel, having a Warden’s Office, is administered by one or two Wardens appointed to oversee all matters relating to the smooth functioning of the hostel. The hostel administration is led by a Chief Warden and Deputy Chief Wardens. The Chief Warden’s Office (CWO) is located in the Vivekananda Students Amenities Centre, University of Hyderabad.
