Students desirous of availing hostel facility during the December 2016 vacation are required to do the following:
- Submit an application mentioning the reason for stay
- The application should be duly forwarded by the Head of the Department
- The application should be accompanied by proof for request (NET/JRF Hall Ticket etc)
The applications will be considered only upon being forwarded by the Head of the Department.
Students will also be required to pay a Vacation Stay Fee of Rs. 1,000 (Gen & OBC) and Rs.500 (SC/ST).
It may also be noted that all except four messes will be in operation during the vacation. Students will also be required to pay a sum of Rs. 2,000 as deposit towards availing mess facility during vacation. The details of the messes in operation during the vacation will be posted soon.
