The Office of the Chief Warden has reviewed all the applications received in time requesting for summer stay in the hostels based on which the list of eligible boarders permitted during Summer Vacation May-June, 2018 is notified herewith. Some applications have been rejected because of non-submission of valid proof and reasons thereof, non-clearance of outstanding mess dues.

The eligible boarders are directed to make the necessary payments and shift to the hostels concerned as mentioned against their names in the notified list.  The boarder being shifted to another hostel shall be required to sign and submit an undertaking.

The students figured in the Rejection List are directed to vacate the hostel by 22.05.2018 without fail similarly.
Students who had not applied for Summer Vacation stay are also directed to vacate the hostel by 22.05.2018 failing which penalties will be imposed.

Men’s Hostels A, B, D, G, I, L and Ladies’ Hostels IV, V and VIII shall remain closed during the Summer Vacation w.e.f. 23.05.2018. The Offices of the Wardens will ensure this.

Mess facilities will be provided in MH-E (NRS), MH-J&K and LH-IX. The mess of LH-III will be functional, subject to the availability of Mess Secretary.  The eligible boarders of LH-VII and VIII may avail themselves of mess facilities from LH-IX.

The Offices of the Warden concerned are directed to make necessary arrangements to open mess cards after receiving the mess deposit of Rs.3000/- per applicant.

The students under approved list are directed to make required payments for the accommodation and mess facilities on or before 22.05.2018, failing which they shall not be allowed to avail themselves of the facility of summer stay.
