This is to bring to the notice of all the P.G 2018 & 2019 batch and corresponding Integrated PG Students residing in hostels of the University are hereby advised to physically vacate the hostels by August 25, 2021 after paying their Mess dues and clearing No Dues.
Students who are permitted to stay back in the hostels to appear for the UoH entrance examinations are instructed to physically vacate their rooms and plan their travel soon after completion of Entrance Examination.
The students those who are away from the University are required to inform the date of vacating the hostel to the Warden’s Office in advance. The Office Staff of the Warden’s offices are directed to complete all the formalities in respect of vacating hostels of such boarders. All the vacated rooms in the hostels are to be continuously monitored by the Warden’s Offices.
Students are advised to note that if the rooms are not vacated by August 25, 2021, the hostel administration will be constrained to vacate the rooms and keep their belongings in a safe store to enable the undersigned to allot 2020 batch students.
