The Chief Warden’s Office has added a few new forms and some formats have been changed. Please see the Downloads page for more details.
Students are advised to use the new formats henceforth. Use of old formats will no longer be entertained.
Following are the forms that have been changed/ introduced:
- Application for Mess Secretary
- Guidelines & undertaking by Mess Secretary applicant
- Application for Change of Hostel
- Undertaking when vacating the room
- Undertaking to continue hostel stay after taking No Dues Certificate
